A Day in Santa Barbara

On Tuesday Chris and I took the boys to Santa Barbara to walk around and have some free fun. Anyone who comes to visit... this walk around experience is a must. We watched cool skateboarders at the skate park, rode the carousel, walked the pier, ate suckers. With the exception of the gnarliest splinter I have ever seen, let alone had, that I got in my foot it was an awesome afternoon!

Evening Beach Outings

Okay so this is our favorite time to go to the beach! We had a great family time with nothing but a shovel and fistfuls of sand that he kept calling "baby Chris". We love CARP BEACH!

Brothers

Today was laundry day (hence the piles behind the boys). As Silas was doing his usual rolling around Parker decided he wanted to hold him. Here are some cute shots of the moment.

A Fire on Our Patio

Okay so when Chris got home this afternoon he and Parker we're playing chalk on our patio. Parker insisted that Chris draw fire and that they put it out. It was pretty awesome because of course they needed to wear hats and the one Parker chose for Chris was... well... awesome!

Silas was taking a bath tonight with Parker and tried to eat the bubbles. Here is a sweet picture of the moment.

Back Home at Carp!

So now there were home and it's like a million degrees... okay well after being in Modesto it's not "THAT" hot, but for here it. SOOO it was whale pool day again! Everyone else was at the beach, but I'm still recovering from being sick so there was no way I was going to the beach with the boys and a million other people know what I mean? Anyway we had a lot of fun together here at home and are having a BBQ tonight with the Balli's and McPeek's.. good times!

Reality Stockton

Okay so this last weekend Chris and I were SUPER blessed to be able to be up at the church planting of Reality Stockton! It was awesome! We stayed with Micah and Stephanie and their kiddos. It was awesome... but in true Jenn Jenkins fashion I was sick. That always happens when something cool is going on (I think it's the devil). Anyway we had a great time. Their house is really cute and their family is precious!
As for Reality Stockton... WOW! God is on the move their. We're so excited to see all that the Lord has done and is GOING to do there!!!!
